The site for this house is in 'Kalhaar' about 10kms from ahmedabad. 'Kalhaar' is a housing development of traditional house types wherein this particular design was to be inserted. The design evolved through an amalgamation of contemporary and traditional architectural language, which allows it to harmoniously blend with the surrounding house types. The design has a spacious layout with bare minimal walls and a series of outdoor spaces opening onto the garden.
