The first Improvement Scheme (IS-1) is situated to the south west of Nagpur Municipal Corporation limit, covering parts of Khadka-Kirmiti-Shivmadhka-Panjari-Sumthana villages. Based on extensive site studies and meetings with land owners and planning authorities. The Improvement Scheme ensures connectivity of the region to Nagpur city and the airport, consolidates plots and ensures access to each of them by creating hierarchical street networks and pedestrian friendly blocks and locates green areas along the water courses and jungles, while respecting the natural topography of the site.
