Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU, formerly PDPU) aspires to be an internationally renowned institution with world-class teaching, research and student facilities. It was established by Gujarat Energy Research Management Institute (GERMI) and promoted by Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC) as a world-class university in energy education and research with a special focus on the oil and gas sector.
