Rajyash Rise is a new step towards changing the preset language of commercial buildings. The central plaza hails the same importance as the building. The design program was also modified to make the project mix used rather than just commercial office spaces by the addition of recreational spaces. The plaza acts as an extension to the public space of the city, which can be accessed by all for interaction. Thus the project becomes an Urban Insert into the city.
