SRFDCL House is commissioned by Sabarmati Riverfront Development Corporation Limited with the concept to establish offices on one floor each for SRFDCL, Janmarg, Town Planning Department and Urban Planning Department. An exhibition space with a civic centre is also designed. A dedicated floor for an auditorium and conferencing facilities, common for all offices, is allocated. Along with the provision of utilities and service spaces, a cafeteria for office employees as well as visitors is housed within the building design. Sufficient parking facilities at basement levels are accommodated.

Jhaveri Associates provided Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV and Plumbing services for the project.
